1st Annual Africa Conference on Service Learning
The African Regional Hub for the UNISERVITATE Program successfully hosted the 1st Annual Africa Conference on Service Learning, held on the 12th and 13th of May 2022 at Tangaza University College. The conference, themed “Service Learning as a Pedagogy for Experiential Learning in the 21st Century,” was a remarkable gathering that combined both in-person and virtual participation.
This hybrid event brought together academic scholars and practitioners from the field of Service Learning, providing a platform for exchanging insights on how Service Learning can serve as a powerful pedagogical tool for experiential learning in the modern educational landscape.
