She is a senior lecturer with over 15 years’ experience in university teaching Community engagement and research experience. She holds both Masters and Doctorate in Educational Administration and Planning from Nairobi University and the Catholic University of Eastern Africa respectively. She also has a Bachelor of Education degree from Kenyatta University.
Dr. Ndiga has actively engaged in the initiation of community projects and has supervised student’s undergraduate and post graduate research using the pastoral cycle methodology of Social Transformation. She is known to have served for Long in leadership and institutional management. Currently she is serving as a high school principal in one of Kenya’s largest girls’ boarding secondary school.
