Through monitoring and evaluation processes, Alumni project visitation was initiated to gauge the link between Theory, Faith and Action. This was a baseline survey to understand and validate the best practices of service learning as a social impact in the community, and at the same time, find an entry point to engaging with the communities.

As an outcome of the alumni project visitation, we realised that there was a gap on Financial Modeling Training and Strategic Plan development skills, among the alumni and their staff.
Tangaza University College therefore organized competence based trainings for project leaders and their staff members to bridge the gaps.
The trainings were done virtually. The total number of participants for the financial modelling training were twenty-three (23) from eleven (11) organizations listed in the table 2 below:
